Design
Are you unhappy with the fundamental design of a part? If so, perhaps we can come up with a better solution together. I have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and many years of experience in design. I design all of my own products and have designed or redesigned parts for demanding customers such as Dr. Lindell Weaver of Intermountain Medical Center. Let’s see what my design skills can do for your project…..
CAD Modeling
Need someone to turn your idea or sketch into a computer model? If so, I’m probably your guy. The majority of my experience working as an engineer was in the CAD/CAM industry. As such, I am an advanced CAD modeler (ranging from organic surface modeling to dynamic assemblies). This is the rarest and most valuable skill set in the 3d printing world – it’s lacking or outright missing from most 3d printing services. My CAD modeling skills Bachelors Degree in Engineering and fast turn-around is what sets me apart from the competition. I currently provide the final CAD files to customers in STL, STP, OBJ and IGS file formats ONLY.
3d Printing
I am setup to do prototypes and small production runs – there is NO minimum part order quantity.
